Big O Tires

I was totally satisfied.

I was highly satisfied.

Counter person dis-shevled. Business like, but far from friendly. Did not know the damage detail, but did go into the shop to try and find out.

Service was completed as expected, not better or worse.

I came in to have a nail hole patched in my tire. Another vehicle came in with the same problem 15 to 20 minutes after mine started. 20 minutes after this both vehicles came out at the same time. Service for my vehicle was obviously extremely slow.

Wait time was long. But!! I’m satisfied!

I was disappointed in the fact the rotors wont be turned only replaced.

Making an appointment meant to me I would be next to be serviced. It was 2 hours after arrival before my car went in. Very quick after that.

Was not given best price at first contact. Had to call and inform them of a less expensive tire. I wanted the cheapest tire available.

My regular mechanic recommended I go to Big O tires. I made an appointment online arrived early. They change the tires out but could not align. Had to come back the next day and waited 2 1/2 hours. What should have taken one hour total. In total I was there three hours 45 minutes. When I paid for the tires, there were numerous add-on warranties without the option of taking them off. The quote online was $368 and I paid $770. When they finally completed the task as I was leaving I noticed a different noise coming from the tires in the rear. I went back inside , they fixed this problem. I think the overall job was OK but the price was way too high the time to do the job was way too long and pressure to buy. The extra warranties was not done properly. They should go over those sorts of things before, and give you the option to buy Instead of adding them on assuming you want them and charging you more than double what you originally thought you were going to pay.
