Service Manager, John was helpful and friendly. He explained the pricing thoroughly and the services needed. He was a bit optimistic on estimating the time it took to complete the service.

Nothing spectacular happened

Too many up charges over advertised price. Excessive additional charge for oil and oil filter. $22 extra. Cost should have been more like $15.

I had called to get a quote for the service, and the service was much higher when I went to pay and the time period was much longer which I understand things happen. The manager took care of it and understood and gave me a reduced price and I definitely will come back. When I am working with a tight budget, I do appreciate getting a very close price range and not getting to the cash register and it’s $30 + more.

Yesterday was a rainy day, I found it interesting that both of my front windows had been lowered and were wet with rain water.

My appt was 11. I was there in time told it would be 45 minutes. At 12:45 I went up and asked it there was a problem. They then Checked me out.

None excepting for the online scheduling I was having trouble in selecting the options in the form

My appointment was for 130 and they did not get it in the garage till 2:00

My visit on July 9 was my second visit in 2 days. On July 8, I came in with a different vehicle and the staff took great care of me and I was extremely happy they were able to repair my tire and did not try to sell me a new one. The next day I returned with another vehicle with a similar problem, however, I had to replace the tire and elected to replace both rear tires rather than one. Everyone was professional and courteous, however, when I returned home, I looked at the chrome rims and, aside from both being dirty from the tire replacement, one had 2 noticeable gouges in the finish about 1/2" to 1" long. Quite happy with the staff, very disappointed in the gouges.
