I originally made an appointment to get new tires put on my car for a Wednesday. I received an email saying the tires I originally chose were on back order, so I went in on a Monday morning to talk to them about t changing the tires I chose. The two guys working when I came in were extremely polite and helpful. They helped me chose new tires that were available and rescheduled my appointment for me on that same day. The appointment went very quickly and I was in and out with new tires within an hour. The store is close to my house, so I will be continuing to come to this location for services from now on!

Came in one day to see if someone could check why I have a tire losing a few pounds of pressure per week. Was not greeted in a kind or friendly way, and was told that I should go back to the location that sold them to me as their computers do not 'talk' to each other. The person I was speaking with seemed like he'd had enough of the day, and had zero tolerance for me at all. It was very off-putting.

Don’t charge me $85 to change a bad battery that you sold me in the first place.
