Batteries on F250 suddenly died. Went to Big O, they were able to get me in and replace batteries in an extra fast manner

Gil and John were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even though they found something wrong with our front lower control arm bushing (brushing?) they acted with integrity and recommended we contact Tesla Service in order to repair or replace the part. The experience overall was efficient and fit with our travel plans perfectly.

Told me about possible rim issues they may run into that could cost more than just the tires. The problems were able to be worked through without, but it was nice to know ahead of time in case I needed to purchase new rims.
