The location was new and clean, it was easy to call and get a next-day service appointment. I presented a coupon for my oil change and tire rotation, and it was accepted with no problem. The two gentlemen at the front area were both polite and informative, and when an issue was discovered during the inspection of my SUV, they called right away and were prepared to try and fix it same day. They were also fine with giving me an estimate so I could bring it back another time, which is what I plan to do. I SOOOOO appreciate them not being pushy about the extra repairs, and for honoring the sale price of the oil change!

Had a nail in my tire. They took me about an hour after I called. Then, repaired the tire in about an hour. First rate service.

Very professional, very informative, and appreciated the honesty. I didn't like that I had to purchase a new tire since my tires were only two weeks old, but I had to have a new one. It couldn't be fixed. The sales rep was very informative about what had happened to the tire which is in my car for me to take back to CA. I don't live here and they were very thorough and professional.
