Our air conditioning went out as we were trying to head back home across the desert for 7 hours! It was 98 degrees outside so we KNEW we couldn’t handle NO AC!! So what did we stumble upon!? A BIG O!! Yayyy!! We walked in and explained our situation and Steve was the BEST!! He explained everything to us and said he’d get us back on the road ASAP!! He wasn’t KIDDING!! We got the Freon filled and in under an hour we were on our way!! 🙌🏻 Thank you SO much Steve and everyone at this Big o in Carefree, Arizona!!! You’re the BEST! Wish I lived close by so I could service my car here ALL the time!!

Very efficient service. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They were able to get the tires I needed very quickly.

Steve was very professional and helpful after they told me tires were in stock and when I gave them the car they didn’t have. He gave me a ride home.
