Very fast service

Have purchased tires from them in the past. First time for oil change. Very happy.

set an appointment day and time when I arrived no more than 10 minutes passed until my car was driven into the service bay When the car was ready the spare tire was put back in it proper place not just thrown in the trunk great crew all around

No appt, but the took me right away. Service was amazingly quick, waited in the lobby which was clean and pleasant. Service manager was exceptional!

I had a blowout late in the day So I pulled the tire off put on my spare and then drove to big O tires They had to order my tire and had it on the rim and balanced the next day and on my truck

The service was first class. I was traveling and had a slow leak flat tire. BOT got me in looked at the tire and it had to be replace. They didn't have the same tire, but had 2 of the same size. They mounted and I was on my way in less the 1 1/2 hours. Great service for a person without an appointment.

Kris is the best technician! He sorted out our problem with clear understanding and fixed the car to perfection!😃

I was a walk in and the manager, Brian seemed happy to see me. He told me he could take care of my need right away and did it.
