Big O Tires

I called ahead and spoke to Steve about a last minute flat repair on a Sunday afternoon two hours before close. He said bring it and we will take care of you. I showed up and I was out of there in 30 minutes. The show room and new facility is outstanding! Highly recommend to all of my friends and family and people who read this.

Ice people good service fair price

Today, I went to run an errand and saw that I had a flat tire. Last year, I'd had a blow out and replaced that tire at a different company. The person at that company told me I'd need to replace the other three tires within 5,000 miles, and today I'd reached that milestone. As my flat was one of "the three," my husband used some fix a flat, added air & we went to get new tires. We didn't return to last year's company (closed). Tried another company - only had two of the three tires in stock, and said they couldn't repair my tire since we'd just used fix a flat. We first called and then went to this Big O location. Steve helped us, and started with assessing to see if the tire was able to be repaired (it WAS). When we came back after the repair, Steve said FYI you have 20,000 miles before the three tires need replacing. Additionally, Steve shared that he was very grateful for care a loved one received at Mayo (he saw my badge in the car). So, a couple of things: 1. Steve's integrity and customer service are clearly off the charts, and 2. Healthcare workers have had a hard go recently; and Steve's expression of gratitude touched my heart and made my day!!!

Steve ordered tires while I was just shopping promising me I would be happy with price and service and I was!
