Nice folks. Drive thru slow. They did not give us the sauce we asked for. Food was good.

Horrible service !

This is the closest el pollo loco so I go here often. But I think after today I will not. This is not the first time my order has been wrong. The first two times I asked for a pollo bowl without beans and I got beans The third time, I always get white meat, left and got home it was dark meat. This time I asked for creamy cilantro dressing and didn't get it. Sorry I'll just travel to another and see if they get it right.
