El Chico

Food was good, service was very slow!

We had ok service. We had to ask for napkins, utensils, refills for drinks and chips and salsa. Our order wasn't exactly correct. We probably won't go back to this El Chico.

The salsa was terrible. It tasted sour.

Service was horrible. Waited 40 mins for food when only 6 people were dinning. Waitress didn't have her stuff together.

I've been going to El Chico's for a LOT of years, this experience was a little spicier than normal

Food cold ..food didn't taste fresh

The server was friendly but Never took away the menus, dirty dishes, glasses. We wanted an order that was different from the menu and he would not check to see if it was possible! We had six people and ordered 2 meals to go! Our waiter never checked with us or brought the to go order. I had to go find him and he blamed someone else!

One of the worst experiences at El Chico! 15 mins to get a waiter, another 15 mins to order, 45 min wait for our food. I had a bug in my drink and to top it off food was wrong after waiting that long! Manager never made an attempt to check on us! Over all experience was horrible!!!

Service was HORRIBLE. Order was wrong, server wasn't listening very well and acted like he didn't want to be there. Won't be back for a long while.
