Big O Tires

We came in to get a tire patched and we were in and out within 20 mins! The staff was super friendly and the lobby was comfortable to be in during our wait!

The manager was very professional, a sales associate kept me informed of the status of my vehicle, and the price was great, the lowest I’ve been able to find for my tires.

Need oil change. Oil change completed.

I got right in. They were very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience!

Wonderful experience with all of the team

Came in for what I thought was front brakes and rotors and the general manager who wrote up my ticket told me the back drum brakes and rear wheel cylinders where bad and they needed to be replaced as well. Also told me of other services that I didn’t know they did so I had them change out my bad blower motor while they had the car In service if they didn’t mind. She said they would get it added to the ticket and taken care of.

We had tire damage during a drive thru Bowling Green. We went back to this location because we had been there before with a similar incident and we were very satisfied with the service then. They took care of us then and this time also.

Rael nice people working there, and the front-end guy drove my truck to make sure it was right. That's something you never see in a tire shop. I appreciate the work these guys do it's like it's more than a job to them. They all make sure the customer is happy. I just wish we had one in Franklin ky so I don't have to drive 35 miles to get there. But it is what it is, well worth it.
