The tires I wanted Michelin defender 2. Wasn't in stock at their store. They contacted there dealer and was able to getthe Michelin, I wanted in 2 hours. They also answered all my.Questions , and if she didn't know the answer , she asked me. To wait a minute and she would find someone that could answer it. Pricing was so affordable. First time using the Big O. I'm so impressed. To note... i.never got. A voice automation. I spoke with real ppl.

The Big O Tires Location on Russellvill Road is always super friendly , accommodating and always fast and efficient with the services that they provide. This has been my go to location for service ever since relocating to this city and I appreciate their hard work.
