the young lady that greeted me at the door when I got there seemed to enjoy her job and gave me great customer service. Micah the manager that waited on me as well was also very kind an fave great customer service my payment method was a bit difficult but still he stayed professional and kind they got me right in got my estimate an when it was time to do the work I still received great service they did the best and I'll be back in the future..

All associates were very friendly and helpful. Work was done in a very timely fashion, dropped vehicle off at very late hour night before and was surprised there was an employee on site that took my keys. I called the next morning with instructions for what I needed looked at. Instructions were followed exactly and I wasn’t bothered with any type of up sale, which was greatly appreciated 👍

Sarah Schmitz and Richard Sprague were both wonderful. They were professional and helpful every step of the way. They even dealt with difficult customers with empathy and finesse.

The tires I wanted Michelin defender 2. Wasn't in stock at their store. They contacted there dealer and was able to getthe Michelin, I wanted in 2 hours. They also answered all my.Questions , and if she didn't know the answer , she asked me. To wait a minute and she would find someone that could answer it. Pricing was so affordable. First time using the Big O. I'm so impressed. To note... i.never got. A voice automation. I spoke with real ppl.
