In a previous visit they found a loose part on my vehicle, fixed it and didn't charge me for the service. They are very kind and transparent in their business dealings. I appreciate the way I am treated every time I visit.

As always, BIG O Tires in Mooresville did a phenomenal job. Great communication, easy to deal with, reasonable prices. Wish they were closer to me but worth the extra 15 minute drive. Exceptional employees.
