Torchy's is amazing. The staff could be more attentive and friendly however. Personally, even though I visited different locations the front end cashiers all seem to not take customer service seriously and are either inattentive, rude, or not engaging. Besides that I love that Torchy's draws in customers by creating new tacos to try. Even though they get too spicy sometimes it's all good.

This is great food, but just way too much to spend on tacos in a diner like setting. I probably won't be returning just because of the price. Others I ate with said the same thing.

Love the food and staff. Dallas location on Preston and beltline needed a little facelift on some of the booths
