The restaurant smelled

Slow at making my food then it sat on the counter for 5 minutes while he handled another customer. Then when I examined my taco salads; one salad was visually full but had no tomatoes & 2 servings of refried beans, the other was visually half full & had no refried beans. It took 20 minutes to get my food & 3 people was in employ. No counter customers & I was the only drive thru order when I arrived.
