The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. My online order is always ready for pick at the time selected.

I have been on a grand jury for the last 4 months. I love coming into La Madeleine, the music, the food, bakery, coffee & tea is wonderful.The people who work here are so nice. It has been the same guy at the cash register (with a smile) every time I come in. I would take a trip downtown from North Phoenix just to eat here!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The menu had great options and the food was delicious. The cafe was clean and comfortable.

This was my first time going to La Madeleine and I am SO happy I did. Great customer service, lively atmosphere, and YUMMY food. I can’t wait to go get my free treat and another chicken Caesar salad!!

Excellent grilled cheese, mushroom soup and Ceasars salad! The atmosphere is relaxing. The ambience makes for an enjoyable meal. Order taker is always pleasant and helpful, too!

I am a big fan of French food, and tend to be very picky. I came here first when my dad recommended it, and have added it to my list of great restaurants in the Valley

Customer service is excellent especially Sara. I love the food and especially the pastries.
