The staff were professional and attentive to what we needed

I just got to visit the newly renovated cafe on Severn. It is clean an d open and bright. The staff is so pleasant and kind. Really enjoyed my visit.

The customer service is amazing. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is very calm.

Food was great, I felt acknowledged and it was a nice setting

We are from out of town which is why I said we would not be back in 30 days. Has nothing to do with food or service.

The Café was newly renovated when we arrived I was pleased how neat and cleaned everything was. The food was the same excellence and the service was great. The only objection we had was that they no longer provide us with trays. It was difficult to juggled our coffee, utensils and napkins to our table. PLEASE BRING BACK THE TRAYS!

Kay, Shawanda & Shawn are the most amazing workers I’ve ever seen in my life. They are always accommodating. So kind.

The overall of my experience was super nice! The customer service was top tier. I did have a hiccup with one of our items being wrong, but it was quickly fixed with no complaints! Thank you so much!

It was just re-opened and was beautifully done. The inside was extremely clean with staff watching for any area needing attention. Their service staff were very pleasant and made you feel welcome. We have had 2 business connection meetings since and will be there at least once a week.
