What stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the employee who greeted and served me. The beautiful French music that was playing at a pleasant and reasonable volume, the sachet torte was delicious.

The staff is ALWAYS so kind, professional, and accommodating. On April 4, I placed a catering order but forgot to add one additional lunch box. I called to explain the situation to the catering manager, and she immediately stated that it was not a problem; things happen, but she would take care of it for me. That seems like a simple gesture, but I can't thank her enough for her kindness. It goes a long way! Earlier this week, I used a different restaurant for catering. I was beyond disappointed, but I can always depend on La Madeleine's excellent service. It's always top-tier and consistent. Thank you!

The cafe is a wonderful place to meet with friends. Our group has for many years met in the morning to eat, drink coffee, and discuss the state of the world. The cafe works very well because we can each get as little or as much as we want. Some people just have coffee others will have a full breakfast. We feel very comfortable in the care of your wonderful staff.

I love La Madeleine. I ordered the pesto pasta without tomatoes (allergy). It was delivered to me with tomatoes but my waiter was so wonderful and returned my order to the kitchen to have it corrected.

Everyone was very pleasant, we were greeted right away when we walked in, and the food was great. Friendly and fast service all around.

Above all the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive (outstanding!). Everything was ready to go when I arrived. The presentation of the food was on point. Everyone at our luncheon was extremely happy with the food. We will definitely use you all again. Thank you and again the staff there is outstanding!!!!!!!
