Anais made the experience so amazing. She was very helpful with recommendations, and very nice to talk with. She was so sweet and I hope I see her again! :)

There was a slight problem with the invoice that the manager actually caught and immediately fixed - very kind and professional. This professional and kind approach is typical of the cafe’s atmosphere. Always a joy to visit.

The food tasted great and the ambience was wonderful. I go to la Madeleine at least once a week and I am never disappointed. The experience is consistently delightful.
