la Madeleine

Missing items from order. Took almost an hour to wait on the line and get order an then items were missing.

I believe the cafe is poorly managed. Wood tables and chairs are not clean, they are sticky. Coffee urns are often out and condiments are poorly stocked for customers.

We have been patrons of la Madeline for over a decade. The chicken is no longer the same. The portions are extremely small. The salad dressing was very scant and the water had a strong taste of chlorine.

ordered 2 entrees but only one was wrung up and we had to send first back until second ready so we could eat together; the table top was so sticky that our paper napkins stuck to table;soda machine was out of order.

I use La Medeleine frequently and am always satisfied with the food. I don't recall ever having an issue and will continue to order and recommend to my friends and family.

Order was hours late. Food was left outside on our steps. Part of the order wasn't even delivered. The manager asked for uneaten food back "because she doesn't like to waste food" we were in the middle of my mother's funeral

Not only the catering arrived 20 minutes late. They forgot to bring plates, utensils, coffee cups, and the heating items to keep the food hot. We had all the guests waiting for an hour to be able to serve the food. WORST CATERING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. they ruined my baby shower and I will post a public review about this.

I asked the associate if I could use my free croissant promotion and my $3 off promotion and she stated yes. When I viewed my receipt, I only received $3 off and not a free croissant. When I asked her about the free croissant, she raised her voice at me and said “I took it off already!” which is false because the numbers don’t add up. Even more disturbing, she arranged some of my food with her bare hands. I will only place orders with La Madeleine’s in the future if she is not there. The is the first time I’ve seen her and hopefully the last.

I love this cafe especially the dine it area but when I order my food today the brócoli doesn’t have any flavor at all.
