I went to sit down in a chair and it had a puddle of water in it. The portions are not consistent - this time it’s extremely smaller than usual. The tables are sticky and many aren’t cleaned up after the guests who have already left.

It took a while to receive my food. My coffee wasn’t brought out until I asked about it. However, I do not blame the on-duty staff because they appeared to be short on team members. I only saw three associates total (one at the register, two in the kitchen).

The order was delivered 30 min late - we had to start a meeting without food Then Coffee was missing for a breakfast meeting.

Crown Downtown needs to have La Madeleine stay in business; however, the lack of good management is so sad! Nothing is organized…used tables sit uncleared (why not have customers self clear their table when done) Panera Bread does this. Food delivery is sporadic. Not a well managed operation. We love going there, but the experience is far from La Madeleine quality!! Please fix😬
