I ordered a dessert, and it was much too sweet for my liking. Also, The hostess did not acknowledge me when I walked in or for the first minute or so, and I was the only one in the area she was working, which I found off-putting. Otherwise, everything was okay.

The staff were not courteous tje dinning area was dirty food too long to arrive.

The server was really nice to us

The onion soup ordered was not hot enough. The cheese is supposed to me melted on top, not hard to find at the bottom.

I hate the obvious cutbacks. You eliminated skim milk for the coffer and all the free bread. In fact my decalf coffee was burned. My wife's omelet and chocolate cuissant was good though

We need bigger tables man

When ordering the Chicken la Madeline I specifically asked the cashier if the rice had any red or green peppers in it. She said "no" so I went ahead and ordered the Chicken. After I received my order I checked the container and discovered that the rice did have red pepper in it and returned it to another employee who took care of changing the rice for green beans. He was very helpful, but I had to wait a while to get the corrected order.

The staff doing the cleanup was making quite some noises and left something on the table and the floor. The coffee (3 pots) was all in lukewarm temperature. It was a Saturday late afternoon / dinner time, and it appeared that only 3 staff were serving. I have observed that this location was going downhill in recent years, either long line to order, to get bread, or lukewarm coffee, or today - lots of uncleaned tables.

For the overall price of the food, I would expect hotter food when ordered. I would also expect faster delivery when the restaurant is not busy.

The person behind the counter was not very friendly. The food was too salty. The the value was not very good. It was even difficult to get simple bread and water.
