my wife & I eat at La Madeleine cafe 3 to 4 times a month; in recent months the service was slow because there were too few workers; the food quaity seems to be holding up well;order taker was filling phone and to-go orders and was also serving the food but more help needed.

The esthetics of the cafe

I love the menu. I usually eat Eggs, bacon and croissant. And maybe a few pastries. Line can take a while to order

The congestion at the register and cold coffee in the dispensers - I requested hot French and hot decaf. The manager then replaced the coffees starting with the American (why not the other two). Members of my party were virtually finished their food and drink by the time I got my coffee.

I ordered the French Dip, and it wasn't as good as usual. I don't if it was because the bread wasn't as fresh, or if the preparer forgot the horseradish sauce, but it was quite bland. Otherwise, everything I expect from La Madeleine was in place - the comfortable atmosphere and overall ambience.

My favorite Napoleon Cake is no longer on the menu! How come a French cafe can drop this very French dessert??

The restaurant was clean & staff were very friendly, the food was very good but nothing out of the ordinary to say highly satisfied, it's a restaurant I would definitely recommend.

No reason, the cashier was friendly. Food is always excellent. Service a little slow, not bad

Went with my husband. He was upset because the air conditioning was too cold, there were no forks and the delivery service was very slow. We probably won't come back.
