Slow line to order. Tables dirty

We modified our order to to dietary restrictions and the order was wrong. Then the person that brought it was not very friendly.

Latte milk too hot! Avocado toast not the most attractive

I would say my experience was “standard” for carry out. To be labeled highly satisfied I would expect something extraordinary. Satisfied is not a bad thing…

The cafe is always cold when we come. There is only one register one and having to wait in line for a bit. The ambience could be a little better.

The person who took the order got it almost all wrong, it’s like she had forgotten every item she had entered in the cashier when she tried to complete the order. She must have been distracted

I ordered a salad and a good portion of the lettuce had spoiled so I couldn't eat it. I just pushed it off to the side of my plate. It just wasn't as fresh as I would have expected.

Staff not all masked, only creamer offered no milk, fireplace not on.

The parking situation is not the best. The selection is still limited. The service is not the best. But I understand that nowaday, it’s hard to even get help.
