The restaurant temperature was extremely cold. There was only one person working the register and getting to-go orders together so the line got very long.

I am very highly satisfied, the aesthetic of la Madeleine is amazing, the food is even better, came in early for a nice quiet breakfast and food was hot and delicious.

Prices are high

Sometimes coffee takes long time to be available, need better silverware, more cashiers.

The app was confusing. It was not clear that an app order was only to go without eat in option.

Just not enough employees. Took 10 minutes to place order, another 10 minutes to receive order. This makes the cafe NOT a viable place to have lunch most days. There are alternatives that will be less stressful at lunch time, places I will not have to worry about getting my food in time to make it back to work without being late. You simply need to hire more staff. With more staff I could see eating at the cafe several times a week. Although, the staff who work there already seemed friendly and doing their best. Love the fresh baguettes and the tomato soup.

The person who took my order was brand new (1st day). She was on her own at the register during the lunch rush. She did very well but should've had support.

Staff is needed but that seems to be an issue many places we go. The managers are awesome and responsive.

Today's lunch experience was pretty good. I wish the old style of bread-serving is back though so we can help ourselves without bothering people in the counter area. Today the only one present in the counter area when we asked for bread was the cashier, and she was very helpful to come over when she was free, but while helping us more people were in line for ordering and she was very nice to acknowledge them and that it'll be couple seconds.
