No cream for coffee and the coffee only warm not hot at 10am

Coffee/latte should always be piping hot. Madeleines were fresh and sponges last visit, but not this time, so disappointing, lemon ones don’t taste a good as regular ones also. Love relaxed, French country atmosphere without waiters hounding you to leave. Been to France , so I know that’s how it should be at European cafes.

I ordered many creme brulais, and a few of them were stacked one on top of the other in the box. Normally, it wouldn't make much difference if I were using them immediately. In this particular case, I was saving them for a dinner w/ friends.

The cafe was not clean. Tables weren’t wiped and there’s a strong smell in the outside seating area.

The sandwiches were perfect The Ceasar salad was wilted lettuce, no cheese and very little dressing I would say the salad was gross, a little shocking We were in a hurry so ate our sandwiches and left

The interior needs remodeling, as it's with dirty looking walls, tables that are not smooth, and it's just ok.
