Order line could use some helps to expedite the process. 2 registers would be sufficient. I notice the line is always long whenever I visit during lunch or dinner.

Costumer service is great, pastries are great but the main course dishes aren’t that good.

I had ordered a delivery for 11:45 to 12:00. However, the food was not delivered until after 12:15. In addition, I did not get a call or notice that they were running late. This caused a lot of stress and anxiety because I had people waiting for food. I ended up having to call them to see what was going on. Not only that, after receiving the order, I noticed that the desserts were not included. So I had to call the store again to have those delivered separately.

My impression is that it's under-staffed. The menu were not in the brackets but laying around the cashier counter. Some tables were not cleaned yet and had napkins and order signs left on the floors. The utensils were pretty all out when we initially got to it.

The latte was cold as if the milk wasn’t warmed at all. Also too milky. Didn’t really taste like coffee.

Used to have bread and butter for costumers. Now you have to begging for them and only give you two pieces and I’m your table are more than one person is a problem. The same with the butter, only one

Unfortunately, I was not greeted upon entering the cafe. Perhaps I was not seen as the worker was busy fulfilling an order. Nevertheless, I was not truly acknowledged until my order was complete. Nevertheless, the store manager came into the lobby and provided me with an exuberant hello and when she exited to the back, she wished me a good day.
