Our orders were incorrect, but we realized the young lady was in training. The manager apologized and made sure we were okay.

The item I requested was not available. Then, the cashier made a mistake and charged me more items than I had ordered and it took 15 min for the manager to fix it.

It took 20 minutes to be able to place the order and another 20 minutes for 2 entrees to come. There were only 3 people before me to place the order. It took a long time. When it came to my turn, the order was not placed properly because the coupon and the reward could not be redeemed at the same time. The cashier had to have the manager cancel the order and redo the order. However, the order was not properly recorded in my app as the cashier said that I did not have to scan my app! I don't know how to put the order back to my app !!!

I love LaMadaline and the food is great. The tomato soup is very delicious. Finally, the area is very clean and sanitary.

The line to place an order was long. I had several rewards I wanted to use but had to place different orders because you can’t apply multiple rewards in one order.

In general, I couldn't help but notice that some of the personnel have problems retaining accurately the information about the order: they ask several time to repeat the order, they rarely fulfill it properly, they mistake the items... Sometimes it seems as if they are distracted or they don't know the products very well. This happens often not only to me, also to my husband.
