My order was wrong

Line was quite long, I was not allowed to substitute a croissant for a different item of same price, and it took a while to get food; the waitress did not give us any utensils, I had to get them on my own

Had to wait in line to place order for quite a while. The restaurant seemed understaffed.

Couldn’t substitute the croissant for a salad

My issue is more the next morning when I went back for breakfast. I put in a very simple order of three pastries and an egg sandwich. It took like 20 minutes to get that order

The management has attitude and does not listen to customers’ opinion. She thinks she knows igloos better than eskimos! How can she argue with a French bread lover that her seven grain is freshly made?

Service was very friendly and the cafe atmosphere felt relaxing and calm. My food was prepared well and I was satisfied with the value of the food.

I had to wait pretty long to order. But understandable. The guy had a lot of people to help. The scrambled eggs were undercooked. The woman was really nice about getting them cooked a bit more. It was absolutely freezing in there.. I consider these all pretty acceptable.. just since you asked☺️ The menu and food are all exceptional and I will definitely return! Ty!

Was told that soup was a side included with the entree but was then charged an upgrade fee for the soup
