Helen greeted us with a friendly bonjour! Then we were given a brief overview of the menu and she answered the questions about the food. The cinnamon French toast with strawberries was amazing!

Helen was very helpful. My order was ready when I got there and she greeted me when I walked in.

I person who helped me is Helen. She was friendly and courteous. I have been coming to La Madeleine since 1998 in the Rockville location. When the restaurant opened at the Crowne, I was so happy. Unfortunately I have had bad experiences with the staff at this location. They are not friendly, they are abrupt and have been rude to my children. Helen is a breath of fresh air! You should employ more people with her kindness and positive attitude. She makes you feel important and is ready to help. Great job Helen!

It's a great place to stop for a mid-afternoon snack. I got a blueberry muffin, which was exceptional. Just as important, it is a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy a beautiful summer day.
