We waited in line for about 20 minutes even though there was only one person on line in front of us. The cashier seemed to be moving through molasses. When we got to the cash register we were told that the espresso machine was broken (if we had known that before we would have gone elsewhere) and the desserts that were eventually served were not the appropriate temperature (too cold).

The problem continues to be the lack of staffing at the pastry counter. Also it is very unclear where one is to place an order if eating in. Finally our table had not been well wiped off and I did it myself.

No spoons were readily available. When we asked the associate responded they are in dishwasher. She eventually gave us plastic spoon. We got a coupon for free soup with salad or entree. The cashier had trouble redeeming the coupon so the manager had to manually put it in. He said the coupon doesn't wotj because the soup is more expensive than salad. The coupon though doesn't say that the salad has to cost more. Even of it did, it would be sneaky. They eventually helped us but we are a bit annoyed.

All I can hear from my coworkers is the food is so good as usual. The rice portion did not make it for the 10 people, I believe that because it was so good. Thank you so much for your great services

I was very satisfied. I expect to return in the next two weeks. The food is delicious and not too highly priced.

We ordered a large Croissant Sandwich Platter where we were supposed to receive 30 sandwiches. I broke the sandwiches down during the ordering process for what exactly we needed. Upon delivery, we did not receive all 30 sandwiches and the specific order that was requested was not delivered.

The French lady at the register (Dana name that appears on the receipt) completely ignore us we waited with patient for her to finish a to go order, after she finished she look at us said omg rolled her eyes and went to go to get an other to go order. When she came back I ask if we could put our order she said we are short staff you can talk to the manager. After going back and forth the manager told her to stop speaking and take care of us, I had to repeat our order 4 times for 5 pastries. She had an attitude the whole time.
