Took more than 15 minutes to receive our order. Some of the staff were unpleasant to other customers who didn't know where the line to order food began.

Place is are and not as cleanly as one would hope. Due to FOR LEASE sign outside and the dimness of the lights, you could barely tell it was open. The saving grace to the low lighting and sicky ambiance is the friendliness of the staff and the generally good tasting food. The presentation is right out of the 80s but is stull fills your belly and satisfies the pallet.

It was an okay service. Just a place to grab a quick bite, nothing fancy! They for sure have good croissants.

Large chai lattes were very milky not enough chai or spiced. Mostly tasted like warm milk. We talked about returning the drinks as dissatisfied but these days expect food/drink to be messed with or retaliated against.

Came in later and night and did not know how or where to order food. The associates were kind and helped me find it. Then they ran out of soup and I had to wait until they made more. The cafe was cute but the tables were not cleared. Forced air was too loud so that you couldn’t hear the music. Although it is warm in here so that is nice. Also I ordered a bowl of soup with my crepe and there was no discount for a bigger bowl as there was for a cup

The cashier was playing on a game while checking me out and this was extremely unprofessional.

Saw a tiny cockroach near the bread basket ! Brought it to the servers notice .. he moved things around & obviously the insect moved away .. he looked at me as if it was just nothing !

It was pretty good, the staff are nice and it's convenient. No major complaints, everything went well. Would recommend to a friend.

Table not clean. Employees eating and not washing hands. Too much phone use.

Very unfriendly staff, when told the napkin holder was empty we were told to go to the other end of the store to get napkins there! Took 20 minutes from ordering our food to receiving our order, 20 minutes to grill cheese?? Dirty silverware, No toilet seat covers in the ladies bathroom We have been to this La Mad many times (maybe 15) and this was very unusual and disappointing, regular staff we have seen many times did not seem to care.
