Great customer service

I like everything about the cafe except one thing. I'm a loyalty member & I can only get reward by ordering online. I go there in person & don't order on line so this loyalty program does not work for me!

Enjoyed the new specialty Beef & Parmesan Potatoes! It is a comfortable place to meet colleagues for breakfast or lunch.

This cafe has all the ambiance of a French bistro in Paris. As always, the associates and managers are very friendly and helpful. The menu items are very tasty and reasonably priced.

Quick, efficient, friendly! This restaurant has come a long way in the past few months. Just after the Pandemic, this place was a mess: slow, unfriendly service, mixed-ed up orders and cold food that should have been hot. I have noticed tremendous improvement over the last 6 months--servers seem to be trying to improve the experience for the patrons--even something as insignificant as a smile while greeting makes a huge difference. Congrats, La Mad-- you are making things better!

Great food choices for breakfast and lunch - I visit only during this time. The staff is always so friendly and helpful!
