I don't like surprises especially in a repair/service facility. I knew what the cost was and how long it would take. Plus the technicians/managers are friendly and not condescending.

Upon my arrival I was greeted as I walked in the door. The gentleman that assisted me was very thorough in explaining the services that were being performed. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I had to come back to have them put my steering wheel at dead center after they did a front end alignment. They promptly got the car back in the shop and fixed the issue, which is not something I probably would have experienced elsewhere.
