Service manager was professional and knowledgeable. He called after test-drive and explained issues and parts required as well as the price.

The gentleman who actually serviced our vehicle talked to us and answered a few questions we had, Maxwell was his name excellent job! Also Thayer the store manager who kept us up to date and then made suggestions on some service for us to consider. Excellent service from all!!

The professionalism

Recently, I lost a very important person in my family who always took care of our vehicle's maintenance. Now, it is something that I need to do and I was unsure about everything. The employees were compassionate, informative, professional, and generally helped me to feel ok. They answered all of my questions and explained what I needed to have done and what I could wait on to have done. I appreciated that very much.
