I came in for a oil change. They did a thorough check of my vehicle. I was also pleased that they checked out tires and informed me that I will need brake pads soon. I would not have known that if they didn’t do such a great inspection.

We had a tire failure on I-10 west of Pensacola. Caleb was very helpful in identifying a comparable tire in stock that could replace my destroyed tire. I had the car towed and dropped at the store and in morning when they opened they were able to replace the tire and I was back on road at 10:00 AM. Caleb was also able to suggest hotels near Tire Kingdom where we could get an unexpected room overnight. The only reason we marked as unlike ly to return is because it was a tire road hazard on a trip where we are unlikely to be returning.
