Outstanding customer service, got to get added to the yearly club, love the perks, the person that helped us was so helpful and had such great ideas to share, and made my wife and I feel very valued as a customer, well done! I forgot his name sorry.

Jonathan was friendly and greeted me on entry and took the time to assist in finding the merchandise I was seeking. Moreover, he showed me the Merlin app, which I now enjoy using. The store is usually always stocked and I like the birthday discount recognition. Finally, the location is very convenient.

The associate explained what I was looking at in the bird food and told me that they come in larger packaging and it saves me money. He also mentioned that I will get discounts when I return.
