Good selection, great help

Our initial purchase of a recommended product didn't attract any birds after months of trying. Refund was politely given and advice on a different feeder and seed was recommended. This was a return trip for more seed as we are now having great success.

Wow! Kuddos to Sara S., she was amazing! My wife and I had been looking for bird stuff, and she was so very helpful and explained what was what and where was where, she was on it! Like she could read my mind, so awesome at her job, way above the standard, Sara is Wild Birds Unlimited and nailed it! Please put her up for a raise! She is worth every penny! Thank you so much, my wife and I were stunned, every time we visit, it's like the first time! Outstanding crew!

Just an all around nice store and experience. Super clean store. The lady at the counter was very friendly and smiled (which you don't get a lot of these days in customer service). So many items to choose from. Definitely will be back to keep my wild bird-kids happy!
