the techs here are awesome.. but more importantly, the managers Chris and Lauren are definitely service superstars! Lauren atv a few points was dealing with a lobby full of customers with a myriad of issues, and efficiently handled everyone in a friendly professional manner, a real pro that was happily juggling many different issues with ease.

The quality of work was awesome. They went above and beyond seeing the whole undercarriage had covers to it and had to remove a good portion just to get to the oil filter. While they started late, they did excellent work. Came out and explained my air leak in one of my tires, explained the procedure upon how they fix the situation. All in all a great experience. Only thing from being a perfect visit was what I assume may have been a scheduling issue. Only one man doing everything until around 9:30am or so. Then many others showed up to work and my car made it's way into the garage. Being my day off, I really didn't mind much. Just an observation. I did set the appt up early in hopes to get in and out before it got fairly busy.
