Staff was friendly and communicated well with what needed done

I was staying at a hotel nearby and I had an unexpected flat tire when I went out to my car early in the morning. The NTB manager Lauren Carroll took my car in for service right away as she knew I had many miles to travel that day. Lauren is a very nice, personable individual and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had an exceptional experience at NTB and would look for the closest NTB if I ever had another flat.

Lauren was phenomenal with her customer service. As someone who came in clueless about what to do with my tpms she helped explain the process and was clear about all pricing. She was in red friendly and the definition of professional.

Your asst manager (Lauren) in lobby has excellent customer service skills!!! She kept us updated and we spent the least amount of time at a NTB ever (approx 1 hr) Usually we wait for hours with a scheduled appt. Please reward her for treating customers with respect!!!
