NTB-National Tire & Battery

I have been coming here since I found out the current manager took over the store. The facility has always been good to me from management down to the General Service techs, they always did great service on my non-standard cars as well as my regular daily driver vehicles. I've been a patron for 4 years and provided everything remains the same I will be a patron for many more.

All the associates were extremely nice and helped me understand what was going on with my car. Service was quick and efficient and I’m very satisfied with my visit today.

I called before I went to the service center. Spoke with Mgr. He took his time explained to me the tires available for my car. Explained all about the tires and how the operate. When I went in he showed me the tire. It was good that he took his time in helping me on the phone. That was the reason that I went in to purchase the tires.

i had tire emergency on interstate on way home from work locally. ntb took my car in as soon as i arrived and found the problem and fixed it quickly. i also had my oil changed since i was there. the rep at check in was incredibly polite and understadning of my problem. the car was fixed and ready in 50 minutes and drives so much better now. i have nothing but good things to say.

The employees were the best . Chris and Lauren were very friendly and were willing to do all they could to make my experience with ntb awesome

The very nice man the checked me out listened to all my concerns about my car and helped me with everything and gave me very affordable price quotes. Made me feel good about having my car there and bringing ut back for future repairs. I came in for an oil change and they took my back really quickly (I had gone to a place just before and they couldn't give me a time frame and said it would definitely be over 2 hours). This was super helpful and the price was good. Very happy with the experience.

Lauren and Chris are fantastic. They kept me well informed an genuinely cared about the service I was asking for.
