I came in for a patch due to a nail in the tread. I was told it couldn't be patched, required a new tire ( purchased 2). The cheapest tires with an alignment started off at $600. I stated I would come get the vehicle and go elsewhere. Service writer offered to drop the alignment and the extra tire warranty bringing the total down to 338. I have since shown the picture of the nail to 3 other tire providers, all of whom claimed this was a simple patch. I obviously have no faith in the honesty or integrity of your shop. I will never return nor recommend your services to anyone. You didn't even mount the tires on the rear of the car, like most dealers do when replacing front tires. I dont feel they are balanced but will take them elsewhere for the balancing and alignment.
