I was very disappointed when the manager rejected my 3-oil change value pack certificate for the oil change and tire rotation appointment. I was told he would only do the service if I paid for it verses using my unexpired coupon. I accepted the offer as I needed the service. I told him I wanted the tires rotated and he would include it in the charge. Prior to receiving the car back after it was serviced I asked the mechanic if the tires were rotated, he told me yes. I did not observe the tires being rotated. When the car was returned prior to payment, I inspected the car and told the manager they weren't and he apologized and had the vehicle brought back in to have them done. I felt I was lied to by the mechanic and very disappointed that the certificate was not accepted and I had to pay for the service that was covered by the coupon. I would appreciate receiving a voucher or coupon for a free oil change and tire rotation for my next visit to a different store.

The time it took to do an oil change needs to be better than almost 2 hours also when an employee tells you that they are going to give you the oil change for a certain price and then they turn around and come back and tell you a different price that's not right and when the tech that is doing your oil change puts oil on your door knob rumma just through your glove box and doesn't fix things back looking for the wheel lock when it's in the back of your car and you have to go out and find it for them there's a problem I will not be returning to this company ever

Fix the issue the first time. Then fix the issue on the second attempt. Issue still present. Going to a different shop

Learn how to correctly patch a tire and be able to recognize a tire that is not going to pass inspection. I paid the $32 for a patch and now I have to replace the whole tire.

The day after my oil change I drove to work, which is 1 hr away from my home. On the way my engine light came on then the message "Oil pressure low consult your owners manual" I called the Nissan dealer for an appointment and he told me "do not drive here before checking your oil" I checked and there was zero oil showing on the dip stick. I had the car towed to Nissan in Winchester VA for $300 and I road in the tow truck. After looking into the car Nissan said the oil plug was missing and all the oil drained out. He thought it might have been there but not installed tight enough and it came out as I drove to work. So my oil change from NTB cost me your fee plus a $300 tow,$139 to Tri State Nissan and I had to get a ride to and from work the next day while the car was at the dealer PLUS a whole lot of anxiety. I didn't have this "extra" money and think you should be responsible for paying me back. I expect to hear back from you. Tri State Nissan in Winchester VA will confirm everything. Ask for Todd

Insist your tech treat their customers vehicle better I have used my hood release latch for 16 yrs no problem first and last time come to NTB and tech breaks the latch. Supposed they will pay for it repair but still waste my time for service that won't be completed there

They tried to over charge me for an oil change until I pointed out the problem. Then the csr charged me under the wrong customer. I went back to get the correct receipt and was charged another different price. It was almost like they were running a scam. I just wanted an oil change. Ridiculous. You should look into this csr.

I have been to this location twice and both times it has taken over 2 hours for an oil change. My appt times are early morning there should be no reason they are already running an hour behind on services. My time is valuable and I understand things happen that cause delays but the only two times Ive chosen this location and it has been 2+ hrs wait time.

Poor communication. Did not get the oil change discount. Waited for parts that were told was in stock and we’re not. 2+ hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Extremely disappointed.

The cost of a simple oil change with the discount coupon for a Full Synthetic Oil Change: On January 8, 2021 it was $49.99 - with coupon final price was $35.87. On July 5, 2021 is $54.99 - with coupon final price was $41.28. On November 5, 2021 it was $77.99 – with coupon final price was $66.17 We have been using NTB here in Winchester, VA for both of our cars for a number of years now but this kind of price increase is unacceptable. That’s a 64% increase in less than 2 years, add worse, a 71% increase in just 4 months! Consequently, we have made our last appt. with NTB.
