The service took forever. Had a 9:30 appointment. Got there on time. Car didn’t get in the bay until after 10. Didn’t leave until 11:45. Also they spilled oil all over the engine bay and there were greasy oily fingerprints on my door and steering wheel.

Need more staff, I feel the staff you have are over worked and they cannot handle the work load. 100% I know it's hard to get staffing up these days though that's why I don't give ya'll a lower scoring.

When some one makes an appointment it is to have work completed with out the need to wait like a walk in.

Took almost 2 hours to install new tires i was early for appointment time they were late starting work

Appointment booked for 12/26/2022 but was changed the same day to 12/29/22. Store was notified and associate acknowledged the change. Wife shows up to get tires and no appointment, it was not changed. On top of it, incorrect tires were ordered not once but twice.

First associate could not figure out the computer system and had to delete and restart our check in process. Left for lunch, assuming work would be done. Car wasn't started the hour and a half that we were gone despite appointment. They were apparently taking other people in after us and servicing them first.

When I got my keys they were covered in oil and when I got back in my car the steering wheel and gear shift were covered in oil. You should wear gloves or make sure you don’t leave oil everywhere.

How about asking if the customer wants to be charged for add on’s and not just put them on the bill.

Communication with the customer is key. I know there are unexpected things that come up. The customer should not be the only one making contact to find out whats going on
