When I schedule an appointment in advance, I expect that I will be taken at that time. When I have to wait 30 minutes extra to be checked in, and then 20 minutes longer for my service to be complete, it is frustrating. The staff was very kind, though, and the work was done well. Next time I might book the appointment for first thing in the day, or call to see if they have appropriate staffing that day before I go in.

This store is a new just open but very satisfied with store manager Paul Feaster. I have two more appointments.

I wasn't provided a printed copy of the service They didn't call when the service was complete Airpressure Sensor was illuminated, I had to drive back into the shop and get the NEW tires checked, Air Pressure changed to OE specifications and ALARM Lights reset- The tires didn't have the correct Air Pressure! ON NEW TIRES!!

It was a bit of a wait to get checked into my appointment. It seemed that the location might have been under staffed.

I only wanted my alternator changed. The mechanics also changed my belt without telling me, and tried to charge me another $110. Please try and communicate extra repairs next time.

The only thing was that I did not expect my visit to take 2 hours. However, the staff was very friendly and apologized for the long wait.

Complete repairs by the time they were promised or do not tell someone it’s easy to finish the repairs by 3pm only to then tell them at 3:15pm that you have no idea how long it will be.

The employees were exceptional and customer service was good. I purchased 4 tires and did installation as well as minor alignment adjustment. This took 2 hours and 45 minutes with no issues or problems with the vehicle. This was an hour and a half longer than I was told it would take. Also, the exact same purchase and installation at Sam's Club would have been $250 cheaper. That includes taking off the NTB $100 Alignment that I paid with the free alignment check. Costco would have been $150 cheaper with same tire installed out the door.

30 minute oil change took 90 minutes. Seemed that techs were milling around waiting to clack out. One tech worked on a Dodge 3500 the entire time-good. One tech was servicing several vehicles, two others just hanging around.

I was a walk in customer and asked if they could fit me in for an oil change. The man I asked seemed bothered but went to the garage and asked a mechanic and came back and said he could do it. I then handed him my coupon and had to hear how they weren’t going to make any money on this service. Seriously no one wants to hear this right now with the cost of goods everywhere. He then asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I know this service comes with the NTB oil change so why ask. I however declined since he was fitting me in. The mechanic doing my oil change was openly vaping in the garage. I then had to ask to be checked out after my car was pulled up to the front since the mechanic left my paperwork in the garage and just dropped my keys off on the desk and left.
