My appointment was for 10:30. they didn't take my vehicle in until 11:40. Needed new tires so they installed them. Didn't get out until 2:40.

I brought in a part to install, they said it wasn't the right one. Even though i know it was the correct one, i went ahead and purchased yours. I got an email that said the work was done 40 mins after my appt. I paid for 1.5hrs labor, it is what it is. When i came to pick up, the associate was unable to find any paperwork for my truck, waited about 15 mins before they found it. I paid more for the sensor replacement than i would have at my chevy dealer...

The clerk was brisk, and not knowledgeable about my car's service. When asked if the technician had found any concerns, she replied no. However, the work order had a note saying it needed alignment.

TPM malfunction. Left shop and light came on. Went back and was told to drive for 15 minutes and should clear. It didn't and I have a reset on dash bur did not clear. But...based on blow out I had which is the reason why I got new tires, they should have probably replaced the defective sensor. Now I have to take off to address it.

Tires took longer to come into stock than I wanted, but I understand it takes time sometimes to order them and receive.

Sidewalk in front of main door was icy , associate at check in/checkout wasn’t very polite , when I said I had a coupon he said that he hoped it wasn’t the kind that made them lose money , he continued to be negative throughout the visit often telling me “that’s just how it is” . For what you all charged me , you could at least do a quick vacuum or something

My appointment was at 9 am for an alignment. My car didnt go in until 945. I did not leave until 11:17. While the work performed was 5 star, when i make an appointment i expect the repair center to be on time as i have other things to do on my weekend. Friendly staff great work but they need to be on time with appts. I noticed the worker doing my alignment was also doing an oil change on another car at the same time. Due to the perfection of the service ill more than likely be back but ill expect a better time frame.

I was highly satisfied with my service. They didn't have the filter for my oil change on hand but it was a matter that was resolved after I asked for waiting about 45 minutes and seeing nobody working on my car. The gentleman there took care of it immediately so I have nothing bad to say about the staff their and the service I received.

When I came in no one was at the desk to check me in. I sat and waited 30 minutes before I was checked in. They finally took my car back. Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change.
