While they were extremely accommodating and informative, I wasn’t pleased when I was told that there is a 100% markup on parts. That seems criminal to me. I feel as though I paid an additional $175 for this service. That’s not a small amount.

i was a little frustrated with the overall time it took for my appt. the gentleman i spoke to the day prior told me they had a very open schedule with various time’s available, i arrived on time, my appt. was for 1pm and my car didn’t enter the bay until 2:20. in light of my wait, service manager Lauren was the highlight of my experience. very personable to everyone that walked in to the office during my appt. and constantly checking in to make sure i wake okay and to reassure me during my time there. definitely changed my attitude and made the wait not near as long. thank you Lauren !!
