I forget the guys name but he was great. Came in because I had a slow leak in my tire, got me right in and told me about how much it would cost with the tpms being the difference until he could get it.

Richard was amazing! he called me before my service to ensure he had what he needed BEFORE i got there and he could get me in earlier! While i was there he was very intuitive and extremely knowledgeable! The lady at the front desk was knowledgeable as well and extremely personable! I loved NTB before but i’ll for sure continue services at this location!

When I scheduled an oil change for my son's vehicle, the technician found a bulge on the front tire. It was really unsafe for him to ride back home to Richmond a 2 1/2 hour drive. We were able to schedule a tire purchase and installation for the next business day. She saved us from a potentially hazardous situation. Sales manager excellent in finding us tires and scheduling appointment. Oil change was efficient!

I want the company to know you have an exceptional manager at this location. I was highly impressed by his positive attitude while being extremely busy. He was dealing with 3 traveler emergencies and was so polite & caring.

Good, reliable personnel. Ease of scheduling and efficient service. I did not have to wait long. Very pleased with the price (compared to $80 for an oil change at Subaru!).
