The entire process, from the on-line product selection to the scheduling of my service was very intuitive and without issue. The service team made me feel both welcomed and valued as a customer.

Chris, not only got me in for an oil changed, but actually took the time to make sure my routine maintenance for my vehicle was all up to date. I have been going to NTB for all my maintenance needs for 7 years and my cars all in great shape.

I'm not from the area, and it was after 5pm when I discovered I had a flat tire. I got the "donut" spare put on, but I had a 2.5 hour drive ahead of me on high-speed interstates. Everything in Berkeley Springs, WV seemed to close at 5. I called this NTB, explained how desperate I was, and Richard Larrick agreed that he would work me in if I could arrive by 6:15. Unfortunately, there was some sort of mix-up on Google maps, and I drove to the Adams Road location in error. The service manager there called Richard (they were too jam packed to help) and re-directed me to the Farday Plaza location. Richard still worked me in once I arrived even though it was close to 6:45 and I'm sure everyone was tired after a long day. Richard, as well as the mechanic who installed my new tire, were just exemplary in every way. The mechanic not only installed the new tire, but put my donut spare back in the trunk, including screwing it back into the holder. I see today that the phone # listed for the Faraday location is the Adams Road's phone # --- the opposite of what happened to me yesterday.

I had a flat tire just off I-81. We ended up replacing all 4 tires. Employees were great, facility was clean, and employees stayed late to help me get back on the road. I would recommend your facility to everyone, but I don't think you have one in my area.

Work was completed quickly and additional information was brought to my attention. Will definitely come back for service and maintenance.

My experience at this location exceeded all expectations. The staff was very friendly. The waiting room is very clean. Everything was explained to me in detail. They offer light snacks, coffee, and water in the waiting area. I brought my laptop so that I could get some work done. They quickly offered wifi access! They have tables with electrical outlets that make working on your laptop easy. They brought me my air filters to show me how bad they were. We engaged in every day conversation! My husband was there last week and with his experience told me to cancel my appointment with the Hyundai dealership and give NTB # 8439 my business! I am so happy I did. I will only be bringing my vehicle here for service moving forward! Great job all around!! Very happy! Big thanks to Mr. Larrick and Mr. Feaster for a great experience! :)

My wife made appointment at the wrong store but I didn’t realize it until I arrived to my local NT B. I explained to the manager my situation and he was able to fit me in. I travel to work 1 hour each way so I NEEDED the oil change today. Not only did he make time for me but he honored the online sale price I had from ntb.com. He also explained to me prices of a few other things I need in the future and because he did I was able to hear the great prices. I will no longer go to Honda dealership anymore. NTB is where I will take my vehicle from now on. All because of this 1 gentleman’s great customer service. Thank you.
